  1. Boil pasta in salted water al- dante..

  5. Add atta and roast till the raw smell goes off..
  6. Add pureed lauki into the wok slowly and keep mixing to avoid forming lumps..
  7. Now add milk slowly and keep stirring continuously..
  8. The basic healthy white sauce is ready..
  9. Now toss in cooked pasta and coat it with sauce..
  10. Sprinkle chilli flakes and mixed herbs and serve..
