- It's of zucchini squash, halved & sliced thin.
- You need of yellow potato, halved & sliced thin.
- You need of jar favorite marinara or spaghetti sauce (about 2 cups).
- It's of shredded Italian style cheese.
- It's of olive oil for sauting.

- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Spray 2 quart casserole dish with Pam.
- Spread mixed vegetables in dish.
- Saute onion & garlic in small amount of olive oil till soft..
- Spread garlic onion mixture over vegetables..
- Salt & pepper to taste.
- Spread sauce over top, cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes..
- Uncover and bake for another 15 minutes or until vegetables are fork tender..
- Sprinkle with cheese and leave in oven turned off until cheese is lightly browned..
