Ingredients of Creamy Tuna casserole

  1. It's 3 (6 oz) of cans of tuna fish, halfway drained.
  2. You need 1 package of bowtie pasta.
  3. Prepare 3 of small red onions.
  4. You need 1 can of peas, drained.
  5. It's 1 can of corn, drained.
  6. You need 2 (10.75 oz) of cans cream of mushroom soup.
  7. You need 1 (10.75 oz) of can cream of chicken soup.
  8. Prepare 1/2 cup of milk.
  9. Prepare 2 cups of shredded black jack cheddar cheese.
  10. You need 2 cups of crushed, regular potato chips.

Creamy Tuna casserole step by step

  1. Cook the pasta as suggested on the package, drain..
  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together tuna (with remaining liquid), soups, corn, peas, onion, cheese, milk, and cooked pasta. Mix well..
  4. Place mixture, evenly, in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  5. Top with potato chip crumbs.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy....

Cook noodles as directed on package. In one bowl combine onion, mushrooms and tuna, mix well. In another bowl combine condensed soup, milk, mayonnaise and spices, wisk together until combined. This tuna casserole doesn't really freeze well due to the heavy cream and cream cheese. They don't thaw without breaking up, so I recommend just refrigerating.
