- It's 454 g of Linguine.

- You need 2 of :3 PASTA-PANCETTA RATIO.
- It's 5 of egg yolk.
- You need 1 cup of Parmesan cheese.

Carbonara step by step
- Boil/salt water for pasta.
- Cook Pancetta in pan.
- Put pasta in boiling water.
- Mix egg yolk, egg, Parm cheese, thyme and pepper together in a bowl.
- Mix cooked pasta with Pancetta and oil, then transfer to bowl of egg/cheese mixture. Finish off in pan if necessary.
