- Prepare 500 g of Langostines - scampi.
- It's Clove of garlic.
- Prepare to taste of Dried or fresh chilli - Peperoncino.
- Prepare of Olive oil.
- It's to taste of Salt.
- Prepare of Glug of white wine.
- Prepare of Parsley to serve.
