Ingredients of Spaghetti with chorizo sausages
- It's 1 each of chopped onion.
- You need 3 clove of chopped garlic.
- It's 50 grams of chopped tomatoes.
- You need 50 grams of chopped carrots.
- You need 1 of chopped leeks.
- It's 20 grams of chopped green or any chillie type.
- It's 1 piece of chopped chorizo sausage n the way u like.
- It's 1 packages of spaghetti or pasta.
- It's of salt and pepper.
- It's of chillie flakes.
- It's 2 tbsp of oyster sauce.
- It's 2 tbsp of olive oil, extra virgin or any oil u prefer.
- You need 1/2 piece of chicken soup cubes or powder or something related to it.
Spaghetti with chorizo sausages step by step
- Chop all the ingredients and keep it on a side..
- Boil the spaghetti/pasta well add a small amount of salt before u start boiling it. While its boiling get a pan and heat up some oil..
- Add garlic and onion.
- Then add the green chillies and carrots.
- While everything getting fried add the chorizo sausage pieces too.
- Later, add the leeks and tomatoes.
- Now add salt,pepper,chilli flakes. While stirring add a small piece of the chicken cube, some oyster sauce. When this is getting fried, if the spaghetti is done boiling. While the water bubbles are coming up you will see some white colour liquid floating around. take a spoon and take that water into a small bowl. And put that into the frying mixture. Later filter the spaghetti but make sure you collect the water which is throwing too. then as soon as you filter without letting the spaghetti dry put it to the mixture. and from the water which you collected, put a small amount in to the mixture. You will feel waterish but don't worry it will simmer down..
- Stir the whole mixture and let it get simmer down..
- Check the taste and season it the way you want. Later grate some cheese on top and enjoy! :).
